Former governor of Zamfara state, Alhaji Abdul’Aziz Yari on Friday, November 18 expressed confidence that the All Progressive Congress (APC) would clinch all the elective positions in the state in 2023 general election.
Yari made this comment in a press statement issued by the state APC publicity Secretary.
While speaking with the party’s stakeholders at Talata Mafara LGA, senator Yari stressed that the party remained one indivisible family in Zamfara State.
He went further by analysing the impacts of APC in the state, ” Although there were some challenges that threatened the cooperate existence of the party in the past but that one is normal in politics.
“Such divisive path will not be towed in the future existence of the party because the leaders have put their heads together and brought the party to order.
With the recent reconciliation drive in the party which led to the coming together of the party leaders, Zamfara is focusing to promote lives of the citizens in the State.
Yari also further added the APC administration has invested so much in the state through the provision of social amenities.
The former governor admonished the citizens of the state especially the APC members to remain law abiding and embrace peace and high standard of discipline.
The state chairman of the party, Alhaji Tukur Danfulani eulogized all efforts made the former governor which eventually brought about unity within the party’s ranks in the state, thereby giving assurance that members of the party would ensure that APC emerged victorious at the 2023 polls.
