Muslim Pilgrims from Kwara State numbering about 269 has returned to the country on Wednesday.
The second batch touched down in Ilorin the state capital following conclusion of their hajj rites in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The arrival was the second batch of Kwara state pilgrims from Arabian country.
The aircraft left Jeddah International Airport on Wednesday, and arrived at the Ilorin International Airport at about 1:38 pm.
The state has about 3,740 pilgrims who performed the holy exercise through the Kwara Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Board.
The first batch, which transported 272 pilgrims from the state, had earlier arrived home last Wednesday.
Another batch of pilgrims from the state is expected back home, as According to NAHCON, another batch of pilgrims is expected to arrive Ilorin Airports, noting that all arrangements have been perfected as Nigeria has secured licence for optimal operation without any delay.
