Adamawa State governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has completed the construction of sixty-bed capacity hospital in Gombi LGA and the 3.2km old bypass road in Gombi are of the state.
The road contract was awarded by the former administration under the governor Jibrilla Bindow in 2016.
The governor who is currently seeking a second term in office commissioned the two projects The Governor has also commissioned the 3.2km old bypass road in Gombi awarded in 2016 by the then Government.
Speaking at the ceremony in Gombi on Thursday, Governor Fintiri added the medical facility would provide referral services to the people of the area.
The Governor disclosed that administration would continue to give the health sector utmost attention it deserves in order to improve the wellbeing of the citizens.
Thing their turns to speak, the commissioners of health and Works and Energy, Prof Abdullahi Isa and Alhaji Adamu Atiku Abubakar implored the people of Gombi to vote for all the PDP candidates in the forthcoming general polls.
In their statements, the Executive Chairman of Gombi LGA Council Alh Abdurrahman Dauda, and a Member representing the area in the state Assembly, Japhet Kefas expressed confidence that Governor Fintiri would get bloc votes of the people of Gombi.
