Aluko donates N0.5m to Fate Community’s Education Fund

Member representing Commits to Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Yinka Aluko has donated the sum of 0.5 million Naira to the Fate Community Community’s Education Endowment Fund.

The legislator made the contribution on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, when a delegation led by Magajin Fate, Abdulmumin Ayoku, paid him a courtesy call at his GRA residence, in Ilorin, the state capital.

The community head, while seeking the support of the lawmaker for the scheme during the visit, highlighted its intended achievements.

He also pointed out the infrastructural needs of the Fate Community and therefore appealed for interventions at the instance of astute politician.

Responding, Hon. Aluko expressed his satisfaction with the visit, stressing the impact of community understanding and harmonious relationships for sustainable developmen, thereby making a donation of five hundred thousand naira (N500,000.00) to the Education Scheme.

Aluko, afterwards, promised to install a motorized borehole and solar powered lights to curb the challenges of water scarcity and make the community unattractive for evil perpetrators at night.

The Magaji who spoke on behalf of other community members thanked Hon. Aluko and the Ikokoro family for queuing behind him during the selection process as Magaji Fate, praying the Almighty to continue to bless the lawmaker and his family.
