Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun on Saturday met his predecessor, lawmaker representing Ogun Central in the Red Chamber, Ibikunle Amosun in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
Former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi were some of the high-class personalities Abiodun met at the occasion.
The dignitaries met at the coronation of the 14th Olowu of Owu Abeokuta, Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola.
This is the first time Abiodun and Amosun would meet after the two friends-turned-political-enemies revisited their rivalry ahead of the 2023 governorship election in Ogun.
