Arsenal prodigy clinches EPL player of the Month

Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka on Friday, clinched the Premier League EA Sports Player of the Month for March.

The Nigerian born attacker has been one of superstars to watch this season, notching up 22 goal contributions in 28 league games for the North London Club.

The England star, opened the month with a goal and assist in Arsenal’s 4-0 win against Everton, and ended it with three goal contributions in Sunday’s triumph against Crystal Palace.

Saka became the first player to reach double digits for goals and assists in the English topflight this season.

Commenting Saka’s sterling achievements, the club on its website wrote, “It is our forward’s first divisional success of his career, as he becomes the 22nd different player to win the prize in our colours – the most of any other club in the league’s history.”

The former Arsenal under 21 put up a great show for England against Ukraine on Sunday night as he set up Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane just 37 minutes into the game and notched a stunner in the 40th minute courtesy of Jordan Henderson’s pass.
