Chelsea have agreed deal to sign a Nigerian-French player, Lesley Ugochukwu this transfer summer.
The West London outfit will secure Ugochukwu’s signature for £23.5 million from Rennes.
According to a report, the midfielder will undergo a medical in the next 24 hours.
The report continued that personal terms have agreed between player and the Blues.
The Athletic reports that there is a possibility Ugochukwu will be loaned out to Strasbourg for the 2023/24 season.
The Frenchman had featured for Rennes in Ligue 1 since making his debut in 2021.
