Kwara-south-based ENACT Innovation hub has partnered with leading Nigeria digital and innovation company, Digprom international to hold its 4th edition of programs at the hub.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Tech outfit, Kayode Ishola made this revelation Friday, November 18, in Ilorin.
Kayode disclosed that since the inception of the hub which was founded by Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, the outfit had graduated about 300 graduates with 21st-century digital skills which make them employable in the world labour market.
He explained that the training would commence on November 23, 2022.
The digital training which is sponsored by ENACT Innovation Hub geared towards problem identification and solution generation through uncovering patterns and building predictions using data, algorithms, Machine learning, and AI techniques.
Kayode noted that the digitalization of businesses and governance helps to improve the efficiency of its process, consistency, and qualities of the people in government and the people.
The young CEO further said Data Science has become a necessity as it integrates conventional records or files into a digitalized form, eliminating redundancies and shortening the communication chains, improves and facilitates a better informational exchange.
“Digitization is an automation of manual and paper-based processes, empowered the digitization of various pieces of information. Digitalizing an organization and a state provide the advantage of doing things faster, better and cheaper. This can offer better profits and value-producing opportunities. So digitalization is key to successful governance and government,” he concluded.
