About 3,550 pilgrims from Kwara State who embarked onthe 2023 hajj in Saudi Arabia have touched down at the Ilorin International Airport.
The flight landed at the Ilorin International Airport at 9 am on Saturday.
The plan was reported to have left the Jeddah International Airport in Saudi Arabia at about 0230hours on Saturday.
All the pilgrims who were very excited were welcomed by family and friends.
The Executive Secretary of Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji AbdulSalam AbdulKadir confirmed the arrival of the 272 pilgrims from Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
He averred that the state recorded one death, Alhaji Busari Alao, from Ilorin who was in his 70s.
