A former legislator in House of Representatives from Kogi State, Hon. Mohammed Idris is dead.
Mohammed, the son of a former Governor of Kogi state, Ibrahim Idris, was a lawmaker, who represented Ankpa, Olamaboro, and Omala Federal Constituency at the green chamber of the National Assembly.
This platform learnt that he suddenly collapsed and died shortly after performing the Eid prayer at his residence in Abuja on Wednesday.
The former lawmaker will be buried according to Islamic rites at Gudu Cemetery in Abuja.
