The International Media Training Centre, IMTC, has heaped barrage of praises on Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for bringing unprecedented development across different sectors of the state.
Speaking on behalf of the group during a press briefing in Ilorin on Tuesday, March 8, Jolaoluwa Afolabi said the AbdulRahman-led administration has built at least one Smart Classroom across the 193 political wards in the state.
He furthered that the aggressive renovation of various public schools and introduction of different educational policies are indices of the current administration sterling performance in Kwara education sector.
Enumerating the governor’s achievements in the health sector, Jolaoluwa stressed that unlike before, the Kwara State General Hospital now delivers 24 hour service as Patigi and Oro general hospitals have been refurbished for effective service delivery.
The group representative also described AbdulRahman as governor of the people for always initiating people-centred programmes such as Traders’ Money (Owo Isowo) for the Small and Medium Enterprises and Owo Arugbo (Monthly stipends for the aged) among other Social Intervention Programmes in the state.
In his closing remark, Jolaoluwa thereby called on the Kwaran populace to re-election the governor in order to continue to reap the benefit of democracy.
