An aspirant for the post of National Public Relations Officer of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria alumni Association, Mallam Musa Aliyu has promised to rejig and reposition the image-making aspect the association.
He said this while briefing newsmen on his preparedness to vie for the post during the forthcoming 16th Annual General Assembly between 28-30 September,2023 in Zaria.
According to the CEO of Media Advocacy and Technologies Centre, MATEC, work of PRO of association with national spreads and international appeals, requires someone with his competence and experience.
“I come for the job fully prepared without being prompted by any quarter, and my candidacy would promote activities, particularly from state branches and ensure that adequate visiblity is given to the association.
“My work as a public affairs analyst for television and radio stations in Nigeria and other countries in Africa as well as a knowned contributor/columnist in major newspaper has provided the leverage needed for the task ahead.”
Speaking further, the public health practitioner said his conversance with technology as a tool for relation is his another major strength.
He prayed for a seamless journey for all delegates who would be attending the election, thereby imploring them to support his candidacy.
He gave assurance that the electorate would not regret giving their mandate to him a national PRO.
“My records as kwara State PRO speak volume from Magazine production to muffler production as a symbol of ABU greatness and organising one of the best state dinner and they are all in the public domain”, the Ahmadu Bello University graduate said.
