Kwara State Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, CN Fatima Abiola Popoola, in the company of management team, paid a courtesy call to the Olofa of Offa and thr Federal High Court in Ilorin.
The visits aimed to consolidate partnerships and seek support for the anti-narcotics outfit’s strive indeug abuse war.
The first visit was to the Oloffa of Offa, Oba Muftau Badamosi, where Popoola pleaded for the traditional ruler’s support.
She further emphasised the need for logistics aid to operations of the Offa Area Command.
The Olofa lauded the NDLEA’s efforts, expressing his determination to address the logistics concerns.
The NDLEA team also visited the Offa Area Command to encourage officers and men, eulogising them for their hard work and recognized ACN Ayodeji Isaiah Olaoluwa, the Area Commander’s dedication to the anti-drug campaign.
This show of appreciation aims to motivate personnel and foster a positive work environment.
Jn a similar development, CN Popoola and her team met with the Federal High Court Judge in Kwara State, Justice Abimbola Awogboro.
The Chief Judge expressed gratitude for the visit, acknowledging the significant role played by NDLEA in the fight against drug trafficking and abuse.
