Nigerian midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has expressed his excitement over Leicester City’s promotion to the English Premier League.
The Foxes officially announced their return to the EPL on Friday night following Leeds United defeat by Queens Park Rangers.
QPR beat Leeds United 4-0 in the Championship.
Enzo Maresca’s side were relegated from the Premier League last season.
With QPR defeat, Leicester City are certained to finish in the top two in the Sky Bet Championship at the expense of Leeds United.
They will however need to win secure more victories to lift the Championship title.
An overjoyous Ndidi took to his official X account to celebrate the team’s promotion.
“Congratulations to me, the boys, the staff, the club and the amazing fans.. 2 more to go!!! We back!! ,” the defensive midfielder wrote on X.
