Bayer Leverkusen ‘s Victor Boniface has proven his worth after scoring his second consecutive brace against Darmstadt in the Bundesliga clash on Saturday.
Boniface netted two goals in Leverkusen’s 3-0 triumph against Borussia Monchengladbach last weekend.
He found his name on the scoresheet on Saturday afternoon in 21 minutes.
The 22-year-old netted his second goal of the match in the 61st minute, before setting up Jonas Hoffman just seven minutes after the hour mark.
So far, Boniface has notched up four goals and one assist in five league appearances for Xabi Alonso’s men.
Bayer Leverkusen will be facing Bayern Munich in their next league game after the international break.
