Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has made a shocking about Arsenal “rival” Martin Odegaard.
He noted that fellow Norwegian star would improve them if he chose to join Manchester City in the summer.
Odegaard has played 141 matches for the North London club since he signed from Real Madrid.
In that time, he scored 33 goals and provided 23 assists.
The former Real Sociedad midfielder was appointed the captain’s armband by Mikel Arteta in July 2022.
When asked if City would be a “better team” with his Norway international teammate Odegaard in the side, Haaland said: “Yes, I think so.
“There’s a good player and a player that plays for our rivals.
“He’s just signed a new contract, so it’s not a topic, but at City, we have a lot of best players in the world.”
