The internet was awash with several reactions as the recuperating Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu celebrates his 67th birthday.
Akeredolu flanked by his wife, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, was seen in a picture at an undisclosed hospital abroad celebrating his birthday.
The Senior Advocate of Nigeria took to his official Twitter account, on Friday, July 21, 2023 to express his appreciation to the Almighty for reaching another milestone in his lifetime.
The City Gazette recalls that there were several calls from the opposition parties in May, demanding to know the state of health of the governor, who was alleged to have flown abroad for medical treatment.
The Governor in a tweet said, “Which of the Favour of the Lord can I deny? Chapter 67🎉
To God be the Laud, Honour and Glory!!!”
Meanwhile, several well wishers took to the comment section of the bird app to join Akeredolu in celebrating his new age, praying for his quick recovery while several others made glowing remarks about him.
