Akwa United forward, Sani Suleiman has been announced as the Nigeria Premier Football League Player of the Month award for March.
Suleiman, who is a delight to notched up five goals in the month to take his goal profile to six.
The North-born attacker only signed a contract Akwa United during the mid-season transfer window.
He deafed the likes of Christian Pyagbara, Nenrot Silas, Adams Olamilekan, Godwin Obaje, and Ejike Ugochukwu to clinch the prestigious accolade.
Meanwhile, Rangers technical adviser Fidelis Ilechukwu went home with the Coach of the Month award.
Ilechukwu clinched the award for the first time this season after being nominated several times.
In the month under review, the Flying Antelopes have been scintillating on terms of performance as they obtained three wins and two draws, scoring seven goals and conceding three.
Rangers also care currently top of the Nigerian top flight position on the table with 51 points from 28 matches.
The Enugu based club currently remain unbeaten in their 10 consecutive games in the league.
