Bashir Ahmad, a Digital Communications Aide to immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari has revealed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may announce his long-veiled ministers on Tuesday.

Ahmad said this on Monday night via his official Twitter account.

The City Gazette reports that the President has only four days before 60-day deadline to name his ministers for screening and confirmation of his cabinet at the National Assembly, as dictated in the amended 1990 Constitution.

Ahmad furthered that list would be unveiled during Senate proceedings on Tuesday.

“Barring any last-minute change, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s much-anticipated ministerial nominees’ list will be announced by the Senate tomorrow, Tuesday”, he wrote.

The ministerial list is expected to include at least one nominee across the 36 States.

This platform recalls that Buhari had unveiled his inisterial list 6 months after his inauguration in 2015.
