Toyin Saraki, wife of erstwhile Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, on Saturday, has commiserated with the family of the late Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Demola Seriki, who died on Thursday.
The Erelu Bobajiro of Oniru Kingdom in her tribute titled, ‘Sun Re, Omo Eko Pataki,’ described the deceased as a seasoned politician and public administrator.
The former Kwara first lady said, “My heartfelt condolences and prayers are with the family of our dear friend, beloved Demola Seriki as he makes his final journey to Heaven.

“Always the epitome of amity, charm and gentlemanly gallantry, H.E. Ademola Rasaq Seriki, CON, (30 November 1959 – 15 December 2022) was a seasoned and successful Nigerian politician, teacher, businessman, and public administrator. He served until his death as the Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, a position he assumed in January 2021, with concurrent accreditation as a Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). He previously served as Nigeria’s Minister of State for Defence; and will be sorely missed,” Toyin Saraki said.
